It's hard to write this review because I don't want everyone out there knowing how great this island is! It's definitely the kind of place you want to stay if you like quiet, rustic charm -- it really has a cabin feel as opposed to being like a mainland cottage or house. But the kitchen is well-equipped for all kind of cooking and the living room has a decent media system. The layout of the main building is spacious with comfy furniture, and the deck outside is excellent. The other buildings on the island are all well-maintained and there's great swimming off the dock. Best part of it all is that Kaitlyn and her family are all warm and welcoming people - they really made us feel at home and let us enjoy their beautiful island!

The island is wonderful, we loved the outdoor gazebo, where we would have diner looking out over the lake. Sunrise and sunsets are spectacular. We will certainly be back. Thanks for this awsome island experience.

We had an awesome time at this peaceful, quiet, and private island. You can find sun or shade any time of day on the large deck. The cabin stayed quite cool even in a hot week. Fishing was great and even caught quite a few off the dock. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in/check out was seamless. Will stay again!
